Matt graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2000 with a BA in History and Minor in Professional Writing. He has worked in Admissions at TCNJ for the past twelve years and oversees all aspects of out-of-state recruitment.

Kevin Fay
Assistant Director of Admissions – International Recruitment
Kevin graduated from TCNJ in 2002 with a BA in Communication Studies and a Minor in Marketing. He has recruited throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware but now coordinates TCNJ’s efforts to connect with students around the world. He also manages TCNJ’s on-campus recruitment events, including open houses and campus tours.

Emily graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2012 with a BA in History and Minor in Law, Politics, & Philosophy. She joined the TCNJ admissions team in September 2012 focusing on recruitment in New York and Connecticut.

Lindsay Barndt
Admissions Counselor – Pennsylvania Recruitment
Lindsay graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a BS in Meteorology and Option in Weather Forecasting & Communications. She joined TCNJ in November 2011 after five years of working in event planning and will focus on recruitment in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

John MacPherson
Regional Liaison - Long Island, Queens and Brooklyn, NY
John graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in History in 1971. He received his Masters degree in School Counseling from Hofstra University in 1974. He has had a 40 year career as a teacher, coach, counselor and Director of Guidance on Long Island and N.Y.C. John joined TCNJ in the summer of 2012 and will focus on recruitment on Long Island.
Chris Marks
Regional Liaison – New England
Chris graduated from Bauder College in Atlanta,Georgia with a AA in Business Management. She joined TCNJ in September 2012 focusing on recruitment in New England, with a particular emphasis on Massachusetts and her home state of Rhode Island.
Lynn McKnight
Regional Liaison – Maryland, DC and Northern Virginia
Lynn graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a BA in History. She joined TCNJ in September 2012 after working in sales and marketing for telecommunications, technology, and wireless companies. Lynn will focus on recruitment in Northern Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia.
