Matt graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2000 with a BA in History and Minor in Professional Writing. He has worked in Admissions at TCNJ for the past ten years and oversees all aspects of out-of-state recruitment.

Kevin Fay

Assistant Director of Admissions – Pennsylvania Recruitment

Kevin graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2002 with a BA in Communication Studies and a Minor in Marketing. He has recruited in Pennsylvania throughout his eight years at TCNJ. He also coordinates visitations from high school and community groups.

Jamie Caponera

Admissions Counselor – New York and Connecticut Recruitment

Jamie graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2010 with a BA in Mass Communications and a double Minor in Theatre and Speech Communications. She has been working with TCNJ since March 2011, focusing on recruitment in Connecticut and her home state of New York.

Lindsay Barndt

Admissions Counselor – Pennsylvania Recruitment

Lindsay graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a BS in Meteorology and Option in Weather Forecasting & Communications. She joined TCNJ in November 2011 after five years of working in event planning and will focus on recruitment in Pennsylvania.

Michael Cole

Regional Liaison – New England

Michael graduated from Northwestern University in 1988 with a BS in Communications. He also earned Master degrees in Journalism from Northwestern and Higher Education Administration from Boston College. He has spent the last 15 years working in both undergraduate and graduate admissions and will be serving as the liaison for recruitment throughout New England while being based in Central Massachusetts.  colem@tcnj.edu


Nneka Fritz

Regional Liaison – New York City and Long Island

Nneka graduated from Georgetown University in 2003 with a BS in Marketing and International Business.  She also has an MPA with a concentration in Nonprofit Management from the NYU Wagner School of Public Service.  She became a part of the TCNJ Admissions team in September of 2011, focusing on recruitment in her home territory of New York City and Long Island.   fritzn@tcnj.edu
