Throughout the year we offer Campus Weekday Visits. During this time, prospective students will have an opportunity to receive a half-hour Admission Presentation, followed by an approximately one-hour campus tour led by our Student Ambassadors. In the course of your visit, you will acquire a great deal of knowledge about TCNJ, as our Admissions Counselors and Student Ambassadors address your questions on student life, college admissions and scholarship programs. In addition, you will have a chance to see one of our academic buildings, our dining facilities and (during Fall and Spring Campus Weekday Visits only) our first-year residence halls. Spring semester campus weekday visits will begin on Monday, January 30th and run through Thursday, April 26th. All dates and times will be available to prospective students who have registered below.
Many prospective students are anxious to see TCNJ’s campus and learn more about the admissions process but cannot afford to spend the day here at one of our Junior Visit Day or Lions Day open house programs. If you are one of these students, we are happy to offer a brief admissions presentation followed by a guided campus tour on the following Saturdays this semester at 10:30AM:

Are you a high school Junior eager to get a jump start on your college search? Our Junior Visit Days will help you navigate through this unique process. Not only will you learn a great deal about the TCNJ community, but our students and staff will assist you in discovering what type of college is the best “fit” for you, addressing everything from academic programs to support services to financial aid. You will gain advice on preparing for college and find out what living within a college community is all about. Here’s a sample of what is offered during a Junior Visit Day. Contemplating transferring into The College of New Jersey? Whether you are coming from a two-year or four-year institution, we invite you to visit with us to hear from our Admissions Transfer Counselor and take a campus tour. TCNJ’s Transfer Information Sessions and Tours are designed to inform and assist transfers with the application process, the application requirements, provide credit evaluation information, and answer any questions that you may have.

Scholars Receptions for Academic Achievers
Designed especially for our most high-achieving students, these receptions highlight the many academic and co-curricular opportunities offered at The College of New Jersey!
Each reception will include highlights from one of TCNJ’s Academic Schools and its departments – including presentations by faculty and students on classroom experiences, ongoing research projects, and alumni success. In addition, you will have the opportunity to tour campus with one of our current student ambassadors and get all of your admissions-related questions answered by members of the Admissions Office staff.

Lions Day Open House
Our exciting Lions Day events will provide our guests with fresh opportunities to discover TCNJ. Come learn about our community as our Deans and Assistant Deans share exciting news about their academic programs! Come walk along side our Student Ambassadors and venture through our campus!
TCNJ’s Lions Day offers a day of programming designed to meet a variety of interests for prospective students and their families. In addition to admissions presentations and campus tours, you will also have opportunities to talk directly with faculty and staff, to see where students hang out for recreation, and to witness what the TCNJ community is all about.
